Don’t let another abandoned cart get away!

Bondi recently updated it’s Abandoned Cart Feature for ecommerce websites. Now, it’s easier than ever to reach out to customers who have abandoned their carts.

On the surface, an abandoned cart on your ecommerce website can seem negative. A customer was interrupted, changed their mind or encountered a problem somewhere between adding a product to their cart and completing the purchase.

Bad news, right? Wrong!

These customers are different from the average website visitor. A customer who abandons their cart has a strong interest in your product and is ready to buy. Knowing this, businesses can benefit from an abandoned cart. With the right tools in place, you can convert them into sales

Boost your chances of completing the abandoned transaction with a timely email. Sending a reminder about the items left in their cart, coupled with a discount code can encourage customers to return to your website.

Bondi's newest feature lets you reach out to these customers without lifting a finger.

The Abandoned Cart Feature sends an automatic email to anyone who added products to their cart but did not complete the purchase within a one hour window. It can be programmed to send 6 or 24 hours after the cart was abandoned. The email will remind customers they left items in their cart. It will also include a link to complete the purchase and an optional coupon code to sweeten the deal.

For existing Bondi customers, you can find the Abandoned Cart Feature in your Workspace under "Orders".To activate this feature on your website, send an to email renee@bondiwebsolutions.com
